1、·临床研究·中国当代医药2014年5月第21卷第14期及其与临床病理因素之间的关系赵乐杨国栋1．河南科技大学第一附属医院检验科，洛阳471003；2．河南科技大学第一附属医院血管外科，洛阳471003【摘要】目的检测卵巢癌组织中microRNA一21基因的表达，并探讨其与临床病理因素间的关系。方法采用实时定量PCR方法检测64例卵巢癌组织和30例正常卵巢组织中microRNA一21的相对表达量，并分析microRNA一21的表达量在不同临床病理因素间的差异。结果在正常卵巢组织、卵巢癌组织中microRNA一21的相对表达量分别为4．23~1．02、7．64±0．87，其差异具有统

2、计学意义(P<0．05)；无淋巴结转移组与有淋巴转移组的相对表达量分别为4．99~1．02，7．24~0．91，其差异有统计学意义(19<0．05)；临床分期为0～II期及Ⅲ～Ⅳ期的卵巢癌组织中microRNA一21的相对表达量分别为4．42~0．82、7．75~1．13，其差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，但microRNA一21在卵巢癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、临床病理分型无关，其差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论microRNA一21的表达量在卵巢癌组织中较正常卵巢组织显著增加，其异常高表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关。【关键词】MicroRNA-21；卵巢癌；qRT—P
