2、NICOPATHOLOGIALPARAMETERSABSTRACTObjective:TostudytheexpressionofFHITinbenignandmalignantbreastdiseaseanditsrelationshipwithclinicopathologicalparametersinbreastcarcinoma.Toapproachitsclinicalsignificanceofguidingthetreatmentandprognosisdirectionsofbreastcarcinoma.Methods:Theexpressio
3、nofFHITwasdetectedbyimmunohistochemistryin42infitratingductalcarcinomatissues,8intraductalcarcinomatissues,16atypicalhyperplasiaofductalepitheliumtissuesand30mastopathiatissues,andrunthepathologicobservationandsemiquantitativeanalysisofFHIT.Results:ThepositiveexpressionofFHITinmastopa
4、thiatissues,atypicalhyper-plasiaofductalepitheliumtissues,intraductalcarcinomatissues,infitratingductalcarcinomatissuesdeclinedbydegrees.Thereisstatisticaldifferencebetweenthem(P<0.01).ThenegativeexpressionrateofFHITinbreastcarcinomatissueswithlymphnodemetastaseswassignificantlyhigher
5、thanthatwithnolymphnodemetastases(P<0.05).ThepositiveexpressionrateofFHITwasfoundin90.0%(stageI)、43.7%(stageII)、12.5%(stageIII).Thereisstatisticaldifferencebetweenthem(P<0.01).ThepresenceofFHITandCerb-B2arenegativecorrelationstatisticallyandrS=-0.357(P<0.05).ThepresenceofFHITandP53are
6、positivecorrelationstatisticallyandrS=-0.360(P<0.05).NostatisticallysignificantdifferencebetweenFHITandage,tumorsize,histologicalclass,ER,PRwasnotedininvasivecarcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusions:TheseresultssuggestthatthereducedexpressionofFHITmayplayanimportantroleindevelopmentandprogressio
