2、照组血液CD3、CD4、CD8、CD25调节性T细胞；血糖采用葡萄糖氧化酶法；胰岛素、胰岛素抗体采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)。并探讨血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素抗体与CD4CD25调节性T细胞之间的相关性。稳态模型评估法计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA．IR)=空腹胰岛素×空腹血糖／22．5。结果2型糖尿病患者外周血淋巴细胞CD25、CD4和CD4~／CD8比值明显低于对照组，CD8高于对照组；CD3CD25、CD4CD25和CD4CD25~／CD8CD25显著降低(P<0．01)。血糖、胰岛素抗体明显高于对照组
