1、·88·Thesisl论著北美DraegerGS麻醉机吸气流速装置对呼吸功能影响的临床观察代金贞.徐莉,陈茎【摘要】目的:观察北美DraegerGS麻醉机吸气流速装置对呼吸功能的影响。方法:随机选择100例静吸复合全麻下的手术患者,其中,男性51例,女性49例;年龄为17~85岁;体质量为46~95kg;甲状腺、乳腺手术29例,泌尿外科手术71例。应用北美GS麻醉机机械通气.吸气流速可变装置先后在Low挡、Med挡位各机械通气30min后,分别行动脉血气分析,观察通气参数()、气道阻力(Peak)
2、。比较吸气流速Low、Med挡位时机械通气动脉血气、Vt、Peak的差异。结果:100例临床观察结果显示,吸气流速调至Med挡后,较Low挡时PaCO2、PetCO2有显著下降(P<0.05),同时Vt、Peak则有显著上升(P<0.05),但pH、p(O)变化则无统计学意义(P>O.05)。结论:血气是呼吸功能的最终标志。在保持机械通气参数不变的情况下,增加呼吸器吸气流速,有利于吸入气在不同肺泡区间的均匀分布,改善通气效果,但胸内压的相应增加.导致的Peak增高.应予注意。【关键词]麻醉机;呼吸
