1、·14·InfectInflammRep，Vo1．13，No．1，March2012·论著·不同程度烫伤应激对大鼠皮下移植瘤生长的影响曹卫刚邱宝安(1．南方医科大学研究生学院，广东广州510515；2．海军总医院，北京100048)【摘要】目的：探讨应激反应对大鼠皮下移植瘤生长的影响。方法：将大鼠乳腺癌细胞Walker-256癌细胞株注入Wistar幼鼠腹腔，5d后抽取腹水，浓缩，经Wistar大鼠腹股沟皮下接种，建立Wistar大鼠皮下移植瘤模型。选取24只荷瘤大鼠，随机分为实验对照组(未烫伤)、轻度烫伤组(1OTBSA，100℃水中烫伤5s)、重度烫伤组(15

2、％TBSA，100℃水中烫伤10s)，每组8只。烫伤后12h尾静脉取血，ELISA法检测血白细胞介素一1B(IL-lp水平，放射免疫法测定血清皮质醇水平；烫伤后1、7、13d测定皮下肿瘤体积，伤后13d进行肿瘤的病理学观察。结果：烫伤后大鼠血浆IL一1G水平较实验对照组[(5．O1±2．51)pg／m1]明显升高(P

3、度烫伤组[(115．78土17．42)t~g／L]较轻度烫伤组[(87．19±13．28)~g／L]升高更加明显(P0．05)；烫伤后7d和13d，对照组与轻度烫伤组肿瘤体积差异无显著性(P>0．05)，重度烫伤组肿瘤体积明显大于实验对照组和轻度烫伤组(P<0．05)。病理学观察显示，烫伤组肿瘤细胞密度均较实验对照组大；各组均有纤维组织增生和炎细胞浸润，尤以重度烫伤组为甚。结论：重度烫伤后应激反应促进肿瘤的生长。关键词应激肿瘤烫伤皮质醇白细胞介素一lBEffectofstressofdifferentd
