1、光明中医2014年7月第29卷第7期CJGMCMJuly2014．Vol29．7-1387·金龙胶囊对荷人肺腺癌A549裸鼠皮下移植瘤生长的影响戴明杨清蓉钟华成陈旭兰．黄景东陈文真谢剑明摘要：目的探讨金龙胶囊对肺腺癌A549移植瘤生长的抑制作用。方法建立裸鼠移植瘤模型，随机分成阴性对照组(A组)、单药金龙胶囊组(B组)、单药顺铂组(c组)和联合用药组(D组)4组，连续用药4周。观察肿瘤生长情况，计算抑瘤率；免疫组化法检测移植瘤微血管密度(microvesseldensity，MVD)；RT·PCR分析各组治疗后VEGF及凋亡基因Bcl

2、-2mRNA表达情况。结果与阴性对照组比较，金龙胶囊治疗组(B、D组)抑瘤率分别为26．94％、51．61％，联合用药组(D组)效果最佳。治疗组微血管密度分别为18．83±0．75、14．17土0．75，联合用药组最为显著，而单药顺铂组与对照组在抑瘤率和微血管密度表达上均无差异(P>0．05)。金龙胶囊治疗组(B、D组)Bc1．2mRNA表达较对照组有显著差异(P<0．001)，但两组之间无差异(P：0．369)；四组之间在VEGFmRNA表达上无明显差异(P>0．05)。结论金龙胶囊对荷A549裸鼠移植瘤有抑制作用，联合顺铂用药有显
