2、便秘患者直肠初始便意量、模拟排便时直肠压力及肛管残余压高于对照组(P<0．05)；而肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压、肛管高压带长度、持续挤压时间、直肠初始感觉容量及最大耐受容量较对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。功能性便秘组内男性患者肛管最大收缩压、肛管高压带长度、直肠感觉最大耐受容量及肛残余压高于女性(P<0．05)。结论功能性便秘患者存在肛门直肠动力及直肠感觉功能异常，结合三维高分辨率图像可以进一步明确病变类型。【关键词】功能性便秘；成人；三维高分辨率肛门直肠测压；肛门直肠动力；肛门直肠感觉功能中图分类号：R574文献标识
