2、组(低浓度组)49例，分别采用50U／ml和25U／m1浓度A型肉毒毒素局部注射，观察两组A型肉毒毒素的用量、治疗效果、疗效持续时间及不良反应发生率。结果A型肉毒毒素治疗量，A组为(46．20±3．91)u，B组为(24．88±3．32)u，两组用量间的差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；两组治疗的起效时间和效果比较，其差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；两组患者的疗效持续时间比较，其差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。A组患者发生不良反应18例(占31．0％)，B组7例(占14．3％)，其差异有统计学意

3、义(P<0．05)。两组患者发生的不良反应均未做特殊处理，能在较短时间内自行消失。结论两种稀释浓度A型肉毒毒素行局部注射治疗面部动力性皱纹，其疗效肯定。对于单个部位注射除皱，推荐使用50U／ml稀释浓度方案；而对于多个部位注射除皱，因注射总剂量较大，推荐使用25U／ml稀释浓度方案。【关键词】A型肉毒毒素；稀释浓度；动力性皱纹doi：10．3969／j．issn．1673-7040．2014．09．002【中图分类号】R622【文献标志码】A【文章编号】1673-7040(2014)09-0517-
