1、公司会议制度流程目的：为规范公司会议管理，提高会议质量，降低会议成本，特制定本制度。1.适用范围：本制度适用于XX公司会议管理。2.管理权责：3.1总裁办负责公司会议的统筹协调及本制度的执行监督。3.2会议提拟人或主办部门（含各中心/部门）负责会议的组织工作，并有权对违反本制度的行为提出处罚。3.3会议的审批权限详见“5.1会议提拟与审批”。3.会议分类： 序号会议名称、主题、主持人、参加人例会（含早会）：固定时间、固定汇报程序，尽量解决即席提出的问题；公司例会主办中心/部负责人部门/中心或公司全体人员。动员会：发言固定、没有讨论程序，公司临时行政会议；主办
