5、erentconcentrationRAwereobservedunderlightmicroscopy.M"ITcolorimetricassaywasusedtoinvestigatetheeffectofRAonproliferationandactivityofHSF.CellcycleandapoptosisofHSFweredetectedbyflowcytometryanalysis(FCM)·RESULTS:ThenumberofHSFdecreasedandthecellsshank,disruptedandslendered。
6、theinterspaceofcellsbecamewiderafterculturedwithdifferentconcentrationofRA.10pmol/LofRAcouldsignificantlyinhibittheproliferationofHSFinadosedependentandtimedependentmanner.TheresultsofFCManalysisshowedthatpercentageofHSFinG0/G1phasewasincreasedandthatofSandG2/Mphaseweredecrea
