5、erentconcentrationRAwereobservedunderlightmicroscopy．M"ITcolorimetricassaywasusedtoinvestigatetheeffectofRAonproliferationandactivityofHSF．CellcycleandapoptosisofHSFweredetectedbyflowcytometryanalysis(FCM)·RESULTS：ThenumberofHSFdecreasedandthecellsshank，disruptedandslendered。
