1、维普资讯http://www.cqvip.com·318·医结金盘圭E月第28卷第4期CJITWM，April2008．v01．28．N0．4中药癌热宁栓剂治疗癌性发热3O例临床观察贾英杰李小江张莹孙一予陈军张蕴超摘要目的观察中药癌热宁栓剂治疗癌性发热的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法将54例癌性发热患者分成观察组(30例)和对照组(24例)，观察组予中药癌热宁栓剂纳肛，对照组以消炎痛栓剂纳肛。7天为1个疗程。停药7天后，用放射免疫法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子．仅(TNF．仅)、白细胞介素．1B(IL．1B)水平；检查血、尿、便常规及肝、肾功

2、能；观察患者治疗前后体温、临床主症的变化及不良反应。结果两组降热有效率分别为86．7％和66、7％，差异有统计学意义(x=8，06，P<0．05)，观察组治疗后患者血清TNF．仅、IL一1B水平明显低于对照组(t=7．477、t=3．492，P<0，01)，并且能够明显改善患者临床主要症状(t=4．71。P<0．05)，提高患者生活质量(x=7．38，P<0、05)，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义。对外周血象无明显影响，并未见明显心、肝、肾功能损害。结论中药癌热宁治疗癌性发热，退热作用持久而稳定，无明显不良反应，值得临床使用和推广。关
