2、troleinformationevaluation.Itsdataisanon-linearandnon-stationarysignalandarrayacousticloggingsignalshavetime-varyingspectrumcharacteristics.Traditionalfilteringmethodsareinadequate.WeintroduceaHilbert-Huangtransform(HHT)whichmakesfullpreservationofthenon-linearandnon-stationarychar
3、acteristicsandhasgreatadvantagesintheacousticsignalfiltering.Usingtheempiricalmodedecomposition(EMD)method,theacousticlogwaveformscanbedecomposedintoafiniteandoftensmallnumberofintrinsicmodefunctions(IMF).TheresultsofapplyingHHTtorealarrayacousticloggingsignalfilteringandde-noisingar

6、ingtimedomainsignalsintothemonopolearrayacousticlogging,anddipoleshearfrequencydomainforanalysis(Zhangetal.,2008;Wangwaveimageloggingemployedinproduction.Thefulletal.,2007aand2007b;Donnbo,1995).Thismethodiswaveformincludesprimary,shear,Stoneley,andpseudo-relativelyeffectivewhenthe
