1、890JBengbuMedColl，July2014，Vo1．39，No．7[文章编号]1000—2200(2014)07-0890-04·临床医学·PTEN和Notchl在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义孙刚，江永强，祁真玉[摘要]目的：探讨人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源物(PTEN)和Notch1在结直肠癌的发生、发展中的作用和机制以及二者的相互关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学法检测60例结直肠癌和30例癌旁非肿瘤性组织PTEN和Notch1表达，分析其与临床病理指标的关系及二者的相关性。结果：结直肠癌组织中PTEN蛋白阳性率为58．3％，明显低于正常结直肠组织

2、的6．7％(P<0．01)，且在分化程度、Dukes临床分期、浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移问差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结直肠癌组织中Notch1的阳性率为45．0％，明显高于正常结直肠组织的6．7％(P<0．05)，且在分化程度、Dukes临床分期、浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移间差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结直肠癌组织中PTEN与Notchl表达呈负相关(P<0．05)。结论：PTEN与Notchl的表达失调可能与结直肠癌的发生、发展相关，对PTEN和Notchl表达水平的联合检测可为早期发现和临床治疗结直肠癌提供理论依据。[关键词]结直肠肿瘤；人第10号染色体缺失的磷
