1、·36·中国现代医药杂志2014年4月第l6卷第4期MMJC，Apr2014，Vol16，No．4血清IL一17在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义张晓鹏王小忠彭启全谢锷【摘要】目的研究血清IL_17在结直肠癌患者术前、术后1d及术后7d不同时段中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法应用双抗体夹心ABC—ELISA法检测20例健康志愿者(对照组)和55例结直肠癌患者术前(A组)、术后1d(B组)、术后7d(C组)血清中的IL—l7浓度，分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系和术前、术后不同时段的变化。结果A组、B组血清IL一17

2、表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0．05)，C组血清IL一17浓度高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。C组血清IL一17表达水平明显低于A组与B组(P<0．05)，B组血清IL一17浓度高于A组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。IL一17的表达水平与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、有无肿瘤神经束侵犯有关(P<0．05)，r4b患者IL一17浓度明显高于T1～3、r4a患者(P<0．05)，低分化患者IL一17浓度明显高于中、高分化患者(P<0．05)，Ⅲ期患者血清IL一17浓度明显高于IⅡ

3、期患者(P<0．05)，有肿瘤神经束侵犯患者IL一17浓度明显高于无侵犯患者(P<0．05)。IL一17表达水平与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位及脉管有无侵犯等因素无关(P>0．05)。结论IL一17在结直肠癌患者血清中高表达，与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期有关，其可能在结直肠癌的发生、发展中起重要的作用。【关键词】IL一17结直肠癌表达临床意义TheexpressionandclinicalsignificanceofserumIL一17incolorectalcancerZhangXiaop
