1、稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常的疗效观察［摘要］目的探讨冠心病合并室性心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月〜2015年12月我院收治的100例冠心病合并室性心律失常患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组各50例，对照组患者予美托洛尔进行治疗，实验组患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的心电图指标变化及不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的临床总冇效率(98.0%)明显优于对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后上述各项指标两组比较差异冇统计学意义(
2、P〈0・05),治疗前后两组患者组内比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组患者总不良反应发生率为&0%,明显低于对照组的26.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.536,P二0.033)o结论冠心病合并室性心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔疗效显著，能有效改善心电图各项指标，具有一定的临床应用价值。［关键词］稳心颗粒；美托洛尔；冠心病；室性心律失常［中图分类号］R541.4［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-9701(2016)23-0094-03［Abstract］ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinica
