1、民营企业员丁培训论文摘要在屮国加入WTO后，知识经济与经济全球化给我国金业，尤其是民营金业带来了巨大的影晌。2004年以来，我国民营企业一直保持着持续、健康、高增长的发展势头，其民营企业主要经济指标持续快速增长，发展良好。然而，在我国民营企业取得较快发展的同时，一些不容忽视的问题依然困扰着企业的进一步发展，如获取信息难、技术创新难、信用不足、融资困难、人才匮乏等更加突出。而从目前情况来看，有实力的人才外流，员工整体素质不高，合格人才缺乏是严重制约民营企业发展的一个重大瓶颈。集屮表现在企业应用型人才和管理型人才的培养与培训严重不足。在这样一个现代科学技术迅猛进步，知识经济时代即将来临的经济全球
