1、来氟米特联合甲氨喋吟治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果观察尉世同孙永华宗世华［摘要］目的：探讨来氟米特联合甲氨喋吟治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效及应用价值。方法：选择我院治疗的类风湿关节炎患者82例采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予来氟米特治疗，观察组联合甲氨喋吟进行治疗，记录两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%,对照组治疗总有效率为65.85%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。观察组治疗后关节疼痛指数(1.03±0.65)分，晨僵时间(0.77±0.43)h
2、,血沉(30.21±10.17)mm/h：对照组治疗后关节疼痛指数(1.79±1.01)分，晨僵时间(1.58±0.97)h,血沉(56.78±15.46)mm/h,组间对比差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论：采用来氟米特联合甲氨喋吟治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效可靠，能够缩短患者晨僵时间，降低血沉,值得临床推广使用。［关键词］来氟米特甲氨喋吟类风湿关节炎D0l:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2014.48.007作者单位：264
