1、中华临床医师杂志r电子版)2013年12月第7卷第24期ChinJClinicians(ElectronicEdition).December15.2013.V01.7.No.24·35·临床论著原发性高血压患者血清胱抑素C与心脏重构的关系黄茵黄涌泉薛金方陈晓波郭辉韩君勇林岫芳【摘要】目的研究原发性高血压(EH)患者血清胱抑素C(Cysc)与心脏重构的相关性。方法纳入收缩功能正常(LVEF>50%)的EH患者200例为试验组,纳入正常体检者50例为对照组,对上述对象进行血清CysC浓度检测并行超声心动图检查,测量左心房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、室间隔厚
2、度(IVS)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW),并计算左心室重量指数(LVMI);对照组上述指标正常,试验组根据血清CysC中位数浓度(1.05mg/L)分为CysC升高组(98例)及CysC正常组(102例)。结果试验组较对照组血清CysC浓度明显升高(P<0.05)。CysC升高组的LAD、LVDD、IVS、LVPw、LVMI较CysC正常组显著增高(P<0.05)。CysC含量与LAD、LVDD、IVS、LVPW、LVMI呈正相关关系(相关系数分别为0.422、O.381、0.367、0.256、0.350,P<0.05),血清CysC浓度是心脏重构的显著影响因素。结论原发
