2、各组大鼠束缚应激配合番泻叶煎剂溶液灌胃复制模型。造模成功后,予以相应药物治疗。实验过程中观察各组大鼠大便性状及大便次数。实验结束后酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)观察血清中ET、SP水平变化。结果与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠腹泻症状明显改善;健脾化湿高剂量组与匹维溴铵组大鼠症状改善更为明显,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高剂量组、中剂量组、匹维溴铵组与模型组比较,血清SP水平下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中剂量组与匹维溴铵组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高剂量组、中剂量组、匹维溴铵组与模型组比较,血清ET水平升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05
