2、。造模成功后，健脾化湿颗粒低、中、高剂量组给药浓度分别为1．5、2．5、4．0g／mL(生药)，得舒特组给药浓度3mg／mL灌胃给药。每日1次，连续2周，另外两组为不经任何处理的正常组和造模成功的模型组。实验结束免疫组织化学观察结肠标本5一HT水平的变化。结果IBD模型大鼠结肠组织5一HT的水平显著高于正常组(P<0．01)；除健脾化湿低剂量组外，各治疗组大鼠结肠组织中5一HT的水平显著低于模型组(P<0．01)。其中，健脾化湿颗粒高剂量组效果明显，与得舒特组差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论健脾化湿颗粒可抑制IBD模型大鼠结肠黏膜
