1、健脾与补肾对脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆及脑内P物质、血【摘要】目的探讨脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆和脑内P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的变化,以及健脾、补肾中药对上述变化的改善作用。方法采用苦降泻下、饮食失节加劳倦过度法建立脾虚大鼠模型,检测健脾与补肾对其学习记忆及脑内SP、VIP变化的影响。结果水迷宫实验学习期和记忆期,模型组游全程时间长,错误次数多;健脾组与补肾组游全程时间短,错误次数少。跳台实验学习期和记忆期,模型组错误次数较多,潜伏期短;健脾组错误次数较少,潜伏期长;在学习期补肾组错误次数较少,潜伏期较长,但记忆期
2、错误次数较多。模型组SP免疫阳性反应物在下丘脑腹侧核、海马CA1区、前额叶皮层显著减少;健脾组在上述脑区则显著增加;补肾组海马CA1区和前额叶皮层明显增加,但在下丘脑腹侧核减少。模型组VIP免疫阳性反应物在海马CA1区、前额叶皮层显著减少;健脾组与补肾组海马CA1区、前额叶皮层VIP免疫阳性反应物显著增加。结论脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆及脑内对学习记忆有促进和增强作用的SP、VIP明显下降。健脾、补肾中药对上述变化有明显改善作用。【关键词】脾虚模型大鼠;学习记忆;P物质;血管活性肠肽Abstract:ObjectiveTo
