2、5为差异有统计学意义。结果非血流感染组血清PCT浓度为0．15(0．065～0．55)ng／mI，血流感染组血清PCT水平为1．11(0．505～8．975)ng／ml，两组间的血清PCT浓度差异有统计学意义(P：0．000)；以O．5Ong／mI为界点，PCT诊断的灵敏度为77．8、特异度为73．3，阳性预测值和阴性预测值分剐为24．1％和96．8。结论定量检测PCT可辅助快速排除或诊断血流感染，为避免抗菌药物的过度使用或早期抗感染治疗提供参考。关键词：降钙素原；血流感染；诊断DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1673—413O．2O14．13．029文献标识
