1、病理与临床●中国现代医生2014年8月第52卷第22期VEGF—C表达及D2-40标记的微淋巴管密度与宫颈癌淋巴道转移的关系钟守军刘祥玉米贤军段立锋陈志强黄永霞广东省中山市博爱医院病理科．广东中山528400【摘要】目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF—C)表达和D2—40标记的微淋巴管密度(MLVD)与宫颈癌淋巴道转移的关系。方法应用全自动多功能组织病理检测系统检测80例宫颈癌组织中VEGF—C及D2—40表达，对D2—40阳性脉管进行MLVD计数。结果宫颈癌组织中VEGF—C表达明显增高(49／80)，而正常宫颈黏膜组织中未见VEGF—C表达；宫颈癌有淋巴结转移组

2、(20／26)VEGF—C表达水平较无转移组(29／54)增高。宫颈癌组织中MLVD较正常黏膜组织增高；有淋巴结转移组MLVD高于无转移组，且宫颈癌组织中VEGF—C表达与MLVD呈正相关。结论VEGF—C在宫颈癌组织中表达增高及MLVD计数增高与宫颈癌浸润、淋巴道转移等生物学行为密切相关。可作为评估宫颈癌预后的重要生物学指标；VEGF—C可能促进淋巴管新生。[关键词】vEGF—C；微淋巴管密度；宫颈癌；淋巴道转移【中图分类号】R739．5【文献标识码]B【文章编号】1673—9701(2014)22-0074—04RelationshipofVEGF—Cexpres
