1、《中国医学创新》第11卷第17期(总第299期)2014年6月经验交流Jingyanjiaoliu舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚对妇科手术镇痛效果的研究李晓宁①【摘要】目的：观察分析舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚在妇科手术术中和术后镇痛中的效果，为临床提供参考。方法：选取288例妇科手术患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各144例，分别给予舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚给药及丙泊酚单独给药，观察两组患者术中和术后镇痛效果。结果：给药前、睫毛反射消失时、术中及术毕时，两组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)和脉搏血氧饱和度(spo2)比较差异均无统计学意义

2、(P>0．05)；观察组麻醉效果明显优于对照组，其中观察组麻醉效果为优所占比例明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(X=4．72，P=O．03)；观察组术后12、24、36、48h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)；观察组术后不良反应6例，其中腹痛l例，头晕乏力2例，嗜睡2例，恶心呕吐1例；对照组术后不良反应11例，腹痛2例，头晕乏力2例，嗜睡3例，恶心呕吐4例，经对症处理后均在12h内好转；观察组满意率及满意度评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：丙泊酚与舒芬太尼联合应用能够有效提高术中麻醉效果及
