1、·临床医药·中目为2014年8月5日第23卷第l5期Clinical朋edicineChinarmaceuticalsVo1．23，No．13，August5，2014萘丁美酮单用与联合盐酸乙哌立松治疗中老年肩周炎的疗效对比张欣泰(重庆市南岸区人民医院，重庆400060)摘要：目的观察盐酸乙哌立松联合萘丁美酮治疗中老年肩周炎的疗效，为临床用药提供参考。方法收集医院2011年3月至2012年2月门诊肩周炎的中老年患者90例，随机分成盐酸乙哌立松联合萘丁关酮治疗组(A组)和萘丁关酮治疗组(B组)，各45例。观察患者治疗前后的肩部疼痛

2、和肩关节活动度等改善情况，并评价临床疗效。结果治疗4周后，A组和B组的总有效率分别为84．44％和64．44％，患者的肩部疼痛明显好转，但组间无显著性差异，其中A组的内旋、外旋、摸背和摸耳4项指标评分改善均显著优于B组(P<0．05)。结论盐酸乙哌立松联合萘丁关酮治疗中老年肩周炎具有良好的效果，不良反应较小。关键词：盐酸乙哌立松；萘丁美酮；肩周炎；疗效中图分类号：R969．4；R9714-．1文献标识码：A文章编号：1006—4931(2014)15—0118—02EficacyComparisonofSingleNabumet
