1、·336·创伤外科杂志2014年第16卷第4期JTraumaSurg，2014，ol_16，．4·论著·文章编号：1009—4237(2014)04—0336—03交叉弹性髓内钉固定治疗移位掌骨颈骨折的临床研究赵萌【摘要】目的探讨交叉弹性髓内钉固定治疗移位掌骨颈骨折的疗效。方法2012年1月～2013年6月，我院采用闭合复位交叉弹性髓内钉手术治疗32例38处掌骨颈骨折，其中男性26例，女性6例；年龄18—49岁，平均35岁。单发骨折26例，多发骨折6例。均为闭合性损伤，对治疗结果进行功能及影像学方面的评估。结果所有患者均获得随

2、访，时间为6～12个月(平均10个月)。所有患者术后伤口均I期愈合，无掌骨头缺血坏死、骨不连、骨髓炎、畸形愈合情况发生。参照TAFS的评分标准，掌指关节功能优良率为93．75％。骨折处平均骨性愈合时间为(7．22±2．13)周。结论闭合复位交叉弹性髓内钉内固定治疗掌骨颈骨折是理想的固定方法，具有创伤小，不损伤掌指关节面，术后可以早期功能锻炼，掌指关节功能恢复好的特点。【关键词】掌骨颈骨折；复位；内固定【中图分类号】R687．3【文献标识码】AClinicalresearchofcrosselasticnailfixationo
