2、线为中心，做成对横切口。观察患者术后3个月裸眼视力、角膜散光、远立体视锐度。结果两组术后裸眼视力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)；角膜散光矢量A组J。及P术前与术后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，B组J。及P术后与术前比较差异有显著统计学意义(均P<0．01)，A组与B组术后3个月J。及P值比较差异有显著统计学意义(Pd0．01)；A组术后远立体视锐度在100以上，B组在7O”以下，B组术后远立体视锐度优于A组(P<0．0i)。结论横切口可以提高白内障伴高度角膜散光患者的视功能及立体视觉。关键词：横切口；角膜散光；白内障；立体视觉中图分类号：R779．66文
