2、n一16)。HTC组进行12周24式简化太极拳练习(60min／day，6days／week)。在0、6、l2周检测受试者的血糖、血脂、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)，以及肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张(EDD)和内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能(EID)。结果：太极拳锻炼前，HTC组和HP组SBP、DBP显著高于NP组，但EDD显著低于NP组(P
