1、安徽医药AnhuiMedicalandPharmaceuticalJournal2014Nov；18(11)·2J39·缝线结合空心钉与缝线内固定治疗前交叉韧带胫骨髁问棘撕脱骨折疗效比较罗灏，刘君(湖北省潜江市中心医院骨科，湖北潜江433100)摘要：目的比较缝线结合空心钉与缝线内固定治疗前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折疗效。方法将该院诊治的78例前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折患者随机分入A组与B组，A组患者接受缝线内固定，B组患者接受缝线结合空心钉内固定治疗，评估两组临床疗效。结果两组患者随访10～18个月，所有患者均骨性愈合。B组患者术后

2、Lysholm膝关节评分显著高于A组[(96．73±6．56)vs(91．26±6．17)，P<0．05]；术后B组患者Lachman试验和前抽屉试验结果显著优于A组(P<0．05)；术后B组与A组IKDC2000主观膝关节评分差别具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论与缝线内固定相比，缝线结合空心钉内固定前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折效果更为理想，患者关节功能恢复好。关键词：胫骨髁间刺撕脱骨折；前交叉韧带；空心钉doi：10．3969／j．issn．1009—6469．2014．11．039Efectcomparisonofsuturec
