1、·中医中药·2014年6Yl第4卷第11期儿童肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折(Garfland分型)手法整复结合有限内固定术后配合中药熏洗疗效观察袁国伟巫水周朱才雄张建云广东省龙川县老隆镇卫生院骨科，广东龙川517300【摘要】目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折(Gartland分型)手法整复结合有限内固定术后配合中药熏洗治疗效果。方法将我院2010年10月～2013年5月收治的4O例肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折患儿，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组20例患儿在手法整复后，使用克氏针固定，并配合中药熏洗治疗，对照组采用切开复位克氏针内固定，观察两组患者恢复情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为93_3％，明显优于对照组的6
