1、经验交流Jingyanjiaoliu《中国医学创新》第11卷第26期(总第308期)2014~9,qPCNL术后肾造瘘管和导尿管拔管顺序与术后相关并发症的比较毛克敬①孙建涛①杨金辉①姚爱琴①黄明辉①【摘要】目的：探讨经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)后肾造瘘管和导尿管拔管顺序与术后相关并发症发生率的差异，以期指导术后管道护理。方法：选取本院2011年6月一2014年1月经PCNL术后的137例患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组68例和对照组69例，观察组术后6d拔出肾造瘘管，2d后再拔出尿管；对照组术后4d拔出导尿管，2d后再

2、拔出肾造瘘管。观察比较两组患者住院时间及术后相关并发症发生情况。结果：两组的住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，而观察组的相关并发症发生率44．11％明显低于对照组的60．87％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论：PCNL后，肾造瘘管拔出2d后拔出导尿管能明显降低术后相关并发症发生率，值得在临床推广。【关键词】经皮肾镜碎石术；肾造瘘管；导尿管；拔管顺序ComparisonofExtubationSequenceofNephrostomyTubeandCatheterAfterPercutaneousNeph
