1、2014年8月材料开发与应用·77·文章编号:1003·1545(2014)04-0077-05不同合成条件对CePO4形貌和晶相的影响黄传顺,王昕(1.珠海格力电器机电技术研究院,广东珠海519070;2.中国海洋大学材料科学与工程研究院,山东青岛266100)摘要:采用化学沉淀法对合成的CePO前驱体进行了研究,探讨了不同合成试剂制备的CePO前驱体随煅烧温度变化晶体的相变情况。TEM和SEM结果显示,HPO溶液和CeC1溶液在室温下合成产物呈针状,而Na,P04溶液和CeC1,溶液室温下的合成产物为胶状。差热一热重分析(TG-DTA)和XRD实验
