2、型：闭合性28例，开放性5例。横形骨折19例，纵形骨折l4例，均为新鲜骨折。单独使用可吸收螺钉28例，联合使用张力带加强5例。结果采用国际上常用膝关节功能评价的HSS评分评定其疗效，33例患者均进行随访，随访时间为3～18个月，平均9．6个月。骨折全部愈合，未出现骨折移位、骨不连、伤口感染等并发症；末次随访时，患侧膝关节平均关节活动范围为115。±10。，HSS评分由术前的40．09分提高至89．09分。结论可吸收螺钉作为一种新型生物内固定材料，具有较好的生物相容性，可在体内溶解吸收，勿需二次手
