1、创伤外科杂志2014年第l6卷第4期JTraumaSurg,2014,Vo1.16,No.4·333··论著·文章编号:1009—4237(2014)04—0333—03FIXSORB可吸收螺钉治疗髌骨骨折33例赵家鹏,李长树,孙雷,谢水华,何建华【摘要】目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法我院2010年2月17日~2013年10月28日应用日本他喜龙FIXSORB可吸收螺钉治疗髌骨骨折33例,其中男性15例,女性18例;年龄40~85岁,平均56.5岁。左侧18例,右侧15例。骨折类
2、型:闭合性28例,开放性5例。横形骨折19例,纵形骨折l4例,均为新鲜骨折。单独使用可吸收螺钉28例,联合使用张力带加强5例。结果采用国际上常用膝关节功能评价的HSS评分评定其疗效,33例患者均进行随访,随访时间为3~18个月,平均9.6个月。骨折全部愈合,未出现骨折移位、骨不连、伤口感染等并发症;末次随访时,患侧膝关节平均关节活动范围为115。±10。,HSS评分由术前的40.09分提高至89.09分。结论可吸收螺钉作为一种新型生物内固定材料,具有较好的生物相容性,可在体内溶解吸收,勿需二次手
