2、Sichuan，China611830摘要：目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合GP(吉西他滨+顺铂)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法：将80例晚期NSCLC患者随机分对照组和治疗组，对照组40例用GP方案治疗，治疗组40例用鸦胆子油乳+GP方案治疗，对比分析两组患者临床疗效、不良反应以及生活质量情况。结果：治疗组近期有效率为47．50％，对照组近期有效率为45．00％。两组疗效比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；两组患者白细胞减少、胃肠道反应，疼痛发生率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；两组患者血红蛋白减少、肝功能损害、肾功能损害发生率比较，差

3、异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；在生活质量改善方面治疗组改善率为72．50％，对照组改善率为40．00％。两组生活质量改善比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论：鸦胆子油乳注射液与GP方案联合治疗晚期NSCLC可明显提高患者生活质量，改善症状，减轻化疗不良反应。Abstract：Objective：ToexploretheclinicaleficacyofbruceolicoilemulsioninjectioncombinedwithGP(gemcitabineandeisplatin)regimenintreatingadvancednon—smallcelll
