1、4年8月第24卷第4·243··论著：临床研究·针刺治疗对干眼视觉对比敏感度影响的临床研究吴鲁华周剑何萍张雪倩·郭燕【摘要】目的观察针刺治疗干眼对视觉对比敏感度(CS)等指标的影响。方法2012年1月至2013年12月门诊收集符合入组标准的干眼患者100例，随机分为针刺治疗组和人工泪液对照组。针刺治疗组予辨证选穴针刺治疗，对照组予聚乙烯醇滴眼液，1滴／次，4次／d，滴入结膜囊内，总疗程3周，观察2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效，以及主要症状评分、CS、SehirmerI试验(SIT)和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)的变化。结果针刺

2、治疗组50例，脱失5例，共45例(90只眼)；对照组50例，脱失3例，共47例(94只眼)。针刺组显效19只眼，好转56只眼，未愈15只眼，总有效率83．3％；对照组显效21只眼，好转55只眼，未愈18只眼，总有效率80．9％，2组差异无统计学意义。治疗3周后，针刺组的主要症状评分、中高频CS、SIT、BUT均好于治疗前(P
