1、西部医学2014年8月第26卷第8期MedJWestChina，August2014，Vo1．26，No．8锁定髓内钉和接骨板治疗股骨干骨折转化生长因子的表达变化缪杰，甘霈(上海市杨浦区安图医院，上海200093)【摘要】目的比较锁定髓内钉和接骨板内固定治疗股骨干骨折术后，患者血清TGF-~3蛋白的表达变化。方法随机选择锁定髓内钉和接骨板内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的病人，在术后1、7、14、60d四个时间点采集血标本，以健康体检者血标本作为对照组，用酶联免疫吸附测定法(Enzyme—linkedimmunosorbentassay，

2、ELISA)检测血清中TGF—Bl的表达差异。结果术后1天，髓内钉组、接骨板组的血清中TGF—B蛋白含量有所增高，但与正常组的差异均不显著；术后7天，髓内钉组、接骨板组的TGF—B蛋白含量明显高于正常组；术后14天，髓内钉组、接骨板组的TGF-O蛋白含量达到最高，分别与正常组之间存在显著差异(均P<0．05)。术后6O天，髓内钉组、接骨板组的TGF-~I蛋白含量明显下降，接近正常。髓内钉组和接骨板组的血清TGF-f~蛋白含量在4个不同时间点均无显著差异(均P>0．05)。对于髓内钉组，术后14天的TGF-t3血清含量显著高于术
