2、hisretrospectivesurvey,weselectedFraserIfloatingkneepatientswhohaveacceptedinternalfixationtreatmentinHebeiTraumaticorthopedicsCenter(NorthChinaUniversityofScienceandTechnologyAffiliatedOrthopedicHospital)fromJan2004toOct2012,atotalof70.Adoptlockingplateorintra
3、medullarynailonfemursideinjuries;andadoptintramedullarynailsforalltibiainjuries.Basedonthefixationmethods,femurinjuriespatientsareclassifiedaslockingplategroup,31patients,andtheintramedullarynailgroup,39patients.Andmakecomparisononthetwogroups’averagetimeofoper
4、ation,bloodlossduringoperationandhealingtimeoffracture.Afteroperations,throughobservationofphysicalrecoveryandfunctionalexercise,assessmentofthetwogroupsareprovidedbasedonKarlstromandOlerudfunctionalassessmentstandard.Alldatawereanalyzedwiththestatisticalsoftwa
5、reSPSS19.0.ResultsAfterfollowinguponthe70patientsfor8-26months,anaverageof15months,wemadestatisticsofaveragetimeofoperation,bloodlossduringoperation,healingtimeoffractureandfunctionalrecoveryofkneejoints.Lockingcompressionplategroup:timeofoperation(158.10±25.68
6、)min,bloodlossduringoperation(450.83±89.25)ml,healingtimeoffracture(31.30±3.44)weeks;interlockedintramedullarynailgroup:timeofoperation(226.03±32.47)min,bloodlossduringoperation(415.72±82.67)ml,healingtimeoffracture(29.96±2.51)weeks.Comparisonofthetwogroupsonav
7、eragetimeofoperation,bloodlossduringoperation,healingtimeoffracturearestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).AccordingtoKarlstromandOlerudgoodassessmentstandard,goodratesofthelockingplategroupandintramedullarygrouparerespectively71.0%(excellent15,good7,normal6,poor3)
