1、中国现代医生2014年5月第52卷第15期论著·顺铂联合吡柔比星对脑胶质瘤U87细胞株增殖的抑制作用虞欢东于海涛夏建国李军丁鸿飞周红建裴静波杭州市萧山区中医院脑病中心.浙江杭州311200【摘要】目的观察顺铂(CDDP)联合吡柔比星(THP)对脑胶质瘤U87细胞株增殖的抑制作用。方法采用MTY法检测不同浓度CDDP、THP以及两者联合应用时对U87细胞增殖作用的影响。结果随药物浓度增加,CDDP组、THP组和联合组对U87细胞增殖抑制作用逐渐增强(均P<0.01)。联合组对U87细胞增殖抑制率较同
2、浓度CDDP组、THP组明显增加(P<0.05或/9<0.01)。当CDDP和THP浓度为≤0.6251~g/mL时,联合组Q值分别为1.72、1.31,两药联合应用具有协同作用,当CDDP和THP浓度≥1.251xg/mL时,联合组Q值分别为0.94、0.88、0.86、0.89。两药联合应用具有相加作用。结论CDDP联合THP较单纯的CDDP或THP抑制U87细胞增殖作用更强.具有浓度依赖性。在较低剂量下就能达到明显肿瘤抑制效应,对杀伤U87细胞具有确切协同效应。【关键词】脑胶质瘤;MTT;顺
