1、药物与临床2014年6月第4卷第12期顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床研究赵艳海孙彦秋陈昱明刘惠珠张纯吴伟艺陈文尖广东省东莞市人民医院放射治疗科，广东东莞523059【摘要】目的评价顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的中晚期官颈癌患者78例，按治疗方式分成对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组单独通过放疗治疗，观察组则通过顺铂同步放化疗进行治疗。放化疗期间每周复查宫颈癌患者的白细胞变化，记录症状，每2周复查肝、肾功能。随访半年后观察肿瘤复发及转移的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92-3％，高于对照组总有效率76．9％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01o观
