1、邢雪花，等顺铂或洛铂腹腔化疗联合微波热疗治疗癌性腹水的临床观察《临床应用研究／论著l顺铂或洛铂腹腔化疗联合微波热疗治疗癌性腹水的临床观察邢雪花王琳盛莉孙达统邱纯海南省人民医院肿瘤内科，海南海口570311【摘要】目的：观察顺铂或洛铂腹腔灌注化疗联合微波热疗治疗癌性腹水的疗效及安全性。方法：海南省人民医院2008—01—01—2012—01—01收治89例癌性腹水患者，随机分为顺铂组(A组)48例和洛铂组(B组)41例，均腹腔置管引流腹水后，将药物注入腹腔，注药后即刻行腹部微波热疗，皮肤温度控制在42~43℃，持续治疗40rain。结果：A组患者总有效率为64．58％(31／48)，B组为80．

2、49(33／41)，差异有统计学意义，一4．27，PO．05。B组生存期>1年16例(39．02)，较A组6例(12．5O)有优势，Y。一7．79，P<0．05。结论：洛铂腹腔灌注化疗联合微波热疗治疗癌性腹水疗效较顺铂好，能改善患者生存质量，延长生存期，值得临床推广。【关键词】顺铂；洛铂；热疗；癌性腹水中华肿瘤防治杂志，
