2、对照组，每组106例。对照组采用传统双层套入吻合方法，观察组采用食管胃浆肌层双半荷包包埋吻合方法，观察比较2组手术时间、吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄、反流性食管炎发生率。结果观察组均无吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄发生，对照组吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄发生率分别为566％和943％，观察组吻合口瘘、吻合1：I狭窄发生率显著低于对照组(P<005)；观察组手术时间为(3．52±052)h，对照组手术时间为(4．32±082)h，观察组手术时问显著少于对照组(P
