5、eceivedoperationintheDepartmentofThoracicsurgeryfromCentralHoSpitalofTaiAnandThePeople’SHospitalofFeiChengbetweenJanuaryof201andJanuary2012．49patientswereselectedrandomly,nohistoryofcllromcdiseasessuchashypertention,diabetes，nohistoryofgastricdiseases，n

6、oobviousphysicaldistinction．Therewere37maleand12femaleatthemeanageof55years．Allofthecaseswerediagnosedbygastroscopeandpathologyexamination，26patientsofthemhadesophagealcarcinomaintheupperandmiddlethird，receivedcervicalesophagogastrostomy,while23patients

7、underwentesophagogastrostomyundertheaorticarch．Thepatientsweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtothecoincidingsites，26patientswithneckanastomosisand23patientswithanastomosisbelowtheaorticarch．Wechosetenhealthyvolunteerswithoutdigestivetractsymptomandotherc1

8、1romcdiseases，theaverageagewas50．Wedetectedtheelectrogastrogramofthethoracicstomach3monthsand1yearaftersurgery,aswellastheelectrogastrogramofnormalpeople，EsophagealintraluminalmanometerWasperformedtoobserverestingpressureandperis
