2、四甲基偶氮唑盐(Mq’T)比色法进行麝香保心丸及其人血成分的活性筛选。结果麝香保心丸在50g/m1浓度下具有较好的保护原代心肌细胞缺氧-复氧损伤的作用;人参皂苷Rbl、人参皂苷Rb2、蟾毒灵和麝香酮具有较好的保护原代心肌细胞缺氧-复氧损伤的作用。结论麝香保心丸具有抗心肌细胞缺氧一复氧损伤的作用,人参皂苷Rbl、人参皂苷Rb2、蟾毒灵和麝香酮是其主要的有效成分。该研究为麝香保心丸深入的药效和机制研究奠定了基础。[关键词]麝香保心丸;心肌细胞;缺氧一复氧模型;活性成分筛选[中图分类号]R972[文献标志码]A[文章编号]1006—0111(2014)03—0209—04[DoI]10
