1、中国医学工程Vo1．22No．6第22卷第6期2014年6月ChinaMedicalEngineeringJun，2014·论著·培美曲塞或吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的疗效比较丁凌雁(永州市中心医院肿瘤科，湖南永州425000)摘要：目的研究培关曲塞联合顺铂对比吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法选择2010-2011年永州市中心医院肿瘤科收治的llIb／1V期肺腺癌患者80例，随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组：培养曲塞500mg·m静滴(d1)，顺铂25mg·m静滴(dl~3)；对照组：吉西他滨

2、1000mg·m静滴(d1，d8)，顺铂25mg·m静滴(dl一3)。每21天为1周期重复，每2周期后复查以评价疗效和不良反应，直至疾病进展。结果80例患者均可评价疗效和不良反应，观察组总有效率为17．5％，疾病控制率为47．5％，中位无进展生存时间为6．1个月，中位总生存时间为13．7个月；对照组总有效率为12．5％，疾病控制率为45．0％，中位无进展生存时间为5．9个月，中位生存期为13．2个月。2组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0．05)。观察组粒细胞减少、血小板减少、胃肠道反应、皮疹等不良反应显著低于对照组(
