6、adjuvantchemotherapyofpostoperativepatientswithlungadenocarcinoma．【Keywords】pemetrexed；gemcitabine；lungadenocarcinoma；chemotherapyModernOncology2014，22(04)：0837—0839【摘要】目的：观察培美曲塞(PMD)与吉西他滨(GEM)分别联合顺铂辅助治疗肺腺癌术后的疗效及毒副反应。方法：回顾性分析符合条件的115例肺腺癌术后患者，其中PP(PMD联合

7、顺铂)组56例和GP(GEM联合顺铂)组59例，每例均完成4个周期辅助化疗，观察术后复发率及化疗毒副反应。结果：PP组疾病控制率94．6％，GP组疾病控制率91．5％，两组相比较术后复发率无统计学意义(P>0．05)。化疗毒副反应主要是骨髓抑制、胃肠反应、脱发、皮肤瘙痒等。PP组化疗毒副反应显著低于GP组，有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：PMD联合顺铂与GEM联合Jr~$A辅助治疗肺腺癌术后，两者治疗效果无明显差异，但PMD联合顺铂化疗毒副反应明显较轻，可作为肺腺癌术后辅助化疗的优先推荐用药。【
