1、对比分析短效与长效硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果杨海燕（四川省达州市妇幼保健院药剂科四川达州635000）【摘要】目的：评析对比短效与长效硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法：现从我院诊疗的妊娠高血压患者中筛选出98例，依据随机分配原则将其分为对照组与研究组（49例），分别采用短效硝苯地平、长效硝苯地平治疗，完成为期lw的治疗后观察患者的血压变化情况，同时观察产妇分娩方式及母婴结局等的差异。结果：对比两组患者治疗前SBP、DBP无明显差异（P>0.05）,对比各组治疗前后血压均得以降低（P<0.05）,相比下研究组的血压控制效果更为确切（PV0.05）；研究组的自然分娩率明显
2、高于对照组（PV0.05）,而从母婴结局看，产妇胎盘早剥、产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫及死亡等的发生率与对照组相比均明显更低（PV0.05）。结论：针对妊娠高血压给予长效硝苯地平治疗降压效果更为显著，H有助于减少母婴不良结局的发牛，推荐作为临床治疗的首选药物。【关键词】短效；长效；硝苯地平；妊娠高血压【中图分类号】R544.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）22-0043-02TocomparetheclinicaleffectofshortactingandIong-actingnifedipineinthetreatmentofpregnancyinduc
