2、430070摘要:对我国10个家养山羊品种140只个体的mtDNAD-loop区进行测序分析,测得结果:整个D-loop区为1211~1213bp,共检测到84种单倍型,171个多态位点。其中核苷酸多样性(Nucleotidediversity,Pi)为:0.02063±0.00225,单倍型多样性(Haplotypegenediversity,Hd)为:0.988±0.003,平均核苷酸差异数(Averagenumberofnucleotidedifferences)k为:24.896。表明我国家养山羊品种遗传多样性丰富。通过构建NJ网络进化
