2、患者为观察组，同期住院非脑血管疾病患者60例为对照组。检测并比较2组血清CysC、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL．c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、Hcy水平，以及应用彩色多普勒超声检测其颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果观察组和对照组血清CysC水平分别为(1．36±0．24)mg／L和(1．03±0．13)mg／L，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)；2组TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、FPG、Hcy水平及颈动脉IMT比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0．01)。血清

3、CysC水平与Tc、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG均无相关性(r=0．076、一0．158、一0．040、0．012、一0．176，P均>0．05)，而与血Hcy及颈动脉IMT均呈显著正相关(r=0．871、0．819，P均<0．01)。结论高CysC血症是脑梗死重要危险因素，与血Hcy呈正相关，且与颈动脉粥样硬化的形成密切相关。【关键词】脑梗死，急性；胱抑素C；同型半胱氨酸；颈动脉粥样硬化【DOI】10．3969／j．issn．1671-6450．2014．08．008RelationshipofserumCys-C．hom
