1、药物分析杂志ChinJPharmAnal2014,34(9)高效液相色谱法同时测定栀子金花丸中9个成分的含量郝乘仪,郭淑英,朱鹤云,冯波(吉林医药学院药学院药物分析教研室,吉林132013)摘要目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定栀子金花丸中9个成分的方法。方法:采用DIKMAPlatisilODS色谱柱(250mill×4.6mlYl,5Ixm),柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇一0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱(0~5rain,40%A;5~20min,40%A一6O%A;20~26min.60%A—}60%A:26~35rain,60%A_90%A;35—52rain,90%A;52~54m
2、in,90%A--~40%A),流速为1mL·min~,变换波长检测(327nm,绿原酸、盐酸小檗碱;254n瑚,栀子苷、黄芩苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚)。结果:绿原酸、栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别为0.02~0.4Ixg(r=0.9998)、0.049~0.98txg(r:1.000)、0.05—1g(r=0.9999)、0.1~2g(r=1.000)、0.0025~0.05Ixg(r=0,9996)、0.001~0.02g(r=0.9997)、0.0014~0.028g(r:0.9998)、0.
