2、，对照组单用盐酸托烷司琼，记录两组患者化疗第l～6天的消化道反应(恶心、呕吐的程度)、化疗后其他不良反应及化疗前后血常规、肝肾功能等检查结果。结果恶心控制方面观察组有效率明显高于对照组：观察组较对照组在化疗第2～5天出现恶心的程度明显偏轻(P<0．05)，尤其在化疗第4、第5天有统计学差异(尸<0．O1)。呕吐控制方面观察组有效率明显高于对照组：观察组较对照组在化疗第3～5天出现呕吐的程度明显偏轻(P<0．05)，尤其在化疗第4、第5天有统计学差异(P<0．01)。两组患者治疗后血常规、肝肾功能相比无
